This has been a year of growth. Most years I find myself at the same place I last was.
Childish. Untamed. Scattered…. & Confused.
It’s different this time.
I’ve never been more challenged than this year. I was at the edge on more than one occasion, and I balanced myself.
This year (in order):
I started a band. My father died. I was baptized. I fell in love.
….Yeah- big year to say the least.
I was stretched in every direction, I learned what being a man is about. It’s about leadership, purpose, community, commitment, persistence, loving, breaking, crying, growing, and healing.
2011 offers an even brighter year. I’m anxious to see what is in store. Life is about giving up control, and I’m learning how to follow….
